Assessment Fees

We aim to provide a thorough and neurodiversity-affirming assessment process that considers your experiences in context. Many people seek an assessment for clarity, validation, or a deeper understanding of their neurotype.

We offer two report options depending on the level of documentation and detail you need.

The fees reflect the time dedicated to clinical interviews, information gathering, diagnostic evaluation, report writing, and providing feedback. The final cost may vary depending on whether you need a brief letter or a comprehensive written report. Both options include a feedback session to discuss the results and assessment outcome with you.

Fees can be paid across individual sessions or arranged through a payment plan, depending on your needs.

The assessment process typically spans 3–5 appointments, with each session lasting approximately 60–90 minutes.

Our goal is to make the assessment process feel manageable, supportive, and insightful, providing space to explore your experiences while working toward greater clarity and understanding.

Treatment Fees

A standard consultation is $200 per 50-minute session. To claim the current Medicare rebate of $98.95 under the Better Access Initiative, you will require a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. This plan provides eligible recipients with access to up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year.

The Australian Psychological Society’s National Schedule of Recommended Fees for 2025–2026 lists the standard 45–60 minute consultation fee as $318. Our current consultation fee is set below this guideline to help keep high‑quality psychological support more accessible.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can offer available appointments to others on our waiting list, we require at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% session fee. Non-attendance or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged at the full session rate ($200).

Please note that Medicare rebates do not apply to cancellation or non-attendance fees.
