We support adults with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences, with a focus on reducing shame, building self‑understanding, and creating strategies that actually work in everyday life.
Sessions are offered online, giving you flexible access to support in a way that feels safe, predictable, and sustainable.

Marlese is passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults, especially those who receive a diagnosis later in life. Over the past three years, she has worked closely with individuals who are seeking clarity, understanding, and self-acceptance after years of feeling “different” or misunderstood.
